Privacy Policy

This policy explains what ScriptFlow collects, why, and what you can do about it. We collect only what we need to run the service, and we don't sell your data.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and a securely hashed version of your password. We never store your password itself.
- What you create: the ideas you submit and the scripts, titles, descriptions, tags and thumbnail prompts generated for you, so you can find them later in your account.
- Billing: if you subscribe, your plan and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment processor, Stripe, and never reach our servers.
- Security data: the IP address and browser of each login session, and a record of recent login attempts, to protect accounts from abuse.
We use one essential cookie to keep you logged in. We don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
How we use it
- to provide the service: generate your scripts and keep them in your account;
- to manage your plan, usage and payments;
- to send you account emails, like confirming your address or resetting your password;
- to keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
Who processes it for us
We rely on a small number of providers, each only for its part of the service:
- Cloudflare, for hosting and our database;
- our AI model provider, which receives the ideas and settings you submit in order to generate each script;
- Stripe, for payments;
- our email delivery provider, for account emails.
These providers process data on our behalf and under their own security and privacy commitments. Some of them may process data outside your country.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and your scripts while your account exists. When you delete your account, your details and scripts are deleted from our database. Security records like login attempts are deleted automatically after a short period. We may keep billing records for as long as the law requires.
Your choices
- You can see and edit your name, and change your password, in Account settings.
- You can delete your account and all your scripts at any time from Account settings.
- You can ask us for a copy of your data or for any other privacy request at hola@scriptflow.studio.
Changes
If we make important changes to this policy, we'll let you know by email or in the app.
