Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ScriptFlow (“ScriptFlow”, “we”, “us”), a web service that generates long-form video scripts, SEO metadata and thumbnail prompts with artificial intelligence. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Your account

You need an account to use ScriptFlow. Keep your password private and tell us at hola@scriptflow.studio if you think someone else has access to your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

2. Plans, credits and payments

• New accounts include a small number of free script generations, which don't renew.
• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and include a monthly number of generations. Unused generations don't roll over to the next month.
• You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Prices may change; any change applies from your next billing period and we'll tell you in advance.
• If a generation fails because of a problem on our side, it isn't counted against your plan. If you stop a generation yourself, it is.

3. Your content

The ideas you write and the scripts ScriptFlow generates for you are yours. You can edit, publish and monetize them, including on YouTube. You are responsible for reviewing generated scripts before publishing: AI can make mistakes, including factual errors, so check facts, names and figures, and make sure your videos follow the rules of the platforms where you publish them.

Scripts are generated for each request and similar ideas can produce similar texts for different users, so we can't guarantee that a script is unique.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use ScriptFlow to:

• create content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or that infringes someone else's rights;
• spread disinformation designed to deceive, or impersonate real people;
• break, overload or get around the limits of the service, or access other users' data;
• create accounts in bulk or resell access to the service without our written permission.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep ScriptFlow available, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or improve features over time. If we make significant changes to these terms, we'll notify you by email or in the app before they take effect.

6. Liability

ScriptFlow is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time from Account settings. This deletes your scripts permanently. Cancel any active subscription first.
